With telehealth, you can access care for a wide range of health concerns, such as minor illnesses, mental health support, or follow-up appointments, all from the comfort of your home or office. This service helps save time and reduces the need for in-person visits, making it easier to prioritize your health without disrupting your schedule.
With Teledoc you have access to 24/7 virtual care for things like colds, UTIs, and more. The benefit also gives you ongoing care for things like nutrition, dermatology, mental health, and chronic conditions. You can even get prescriptions and lab orders.

Your first 3 primary care copays are waived after you register for BlueConnect and select your Primary Care Physician
Have a cold, kid with pink eye? Skip the visit to your PCP, instead use your telehealth benefit, there is no copay for telehealth visits and the physician seeing you can issue you a prescription
Stop making trips to the pharmacy to pick up your prescriptions. Use Amazon pharmacy to order your non-specialty medicine and have them delivered to your home.
Q: When can I make changes to my current health benefits?
A: Open enrollment occurs once a year. During this time period, you can make changes to your health plan, your health savings account, and other plan-related details. Add this year's open enrollment reminder to your calendar. One change you can make at any time is adding or removing dependents from your health plan.
Q: How do I add or remove dependents from my health insurance plan, and what documentation is required?
A: You can add or remove dependents (including spouses) from your health insurance plan during open enrollment or during a qualifying life event. You can find a list of qualifying events in the eligibility section of this intranet here.

A: You can search for in-network providers, find doctors and specialists in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield NC network by going to BlueConnect. You can access BlueConnect through the QR code above or by clicking this BlueConnect.
Q: How do I file a claim or resolve a billing issue with my health insurance provider?
